ABOUT RUN STRONG PERFORMANCE
At Run Strong Performance, our mission is to help endurance athletes maximize their full potential. We offer coaching services for both road and trail running, in all distances ranging from 5K to Marathon. We follow the principles of 80/20 Endurance training which combines high-intensity workouts with low-intensity foundation and recovery runs. Our coaches are dedicated to helping you improve your running technique, build strength, and increase endurance so that you can perform your best on race day.

Coach Tim Seidl
I developed a passion for running at an early age and have raced competitively since Middle School Cross-Country. I NOW train and race road Marathons AND TRAIL RACES, with SOME OTHER EVENTS of varying distances and terrain throughout the year. I am a certified endurance coach through 80/20 Endurance and love sharing what I have learned over the years through formal certification training as well as from my own experiences.
