At Run Strong Performance, we offer two different plans to help runners depending on your desired level of involvement. The first option is our premier coaching service which is a one-on-one style of coaching. With this plan, we will work with you week by week throughout your training block and even help develop your race strategy leading up to race day. Our other plan includes a one-time consultation call paired with a customized training plan for your upcoming race.

 

Both plans will start with a consultation call. During this call, we will learn about your race goals, your running background (including injury history and other limitations), as well as ask some questions around your family situation and career to develop a training plan that fits into your life.
